• On average, it takes about 3-5 minutes per design, depending on the complexity. For larger events, we can offer quicker designs to ensure more guests can be accommodated within the available time.

• 50% Non-refundable deposit is required to book services. Remaining balance required 1-week prior to the event.
• Client is responsible for any damaged equipment and/or characters and will be billed 50% of original cost.
• There is a 5% card processing fee.
