• We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. For larger events or customized items like custom lettering, early booking is highly encouraged to allow for proper planning and preparation.

• 50% Non-refundable deposit is required to book services. Remaining balance required 1-week prior to the event.
• Client is responsible for any damaged equipment and/or characters and will be billed 50% of original cost.
• There is a 5% card processing fee.
